SPICY POTATO WEDGES


I love spicy food.  If you are on the same boat then this recipe is just for you.  Potatoes with spices can never go wrong. This is a very flavorful and no fuss recipe which can be had at anytime of the day. Its so filling also. I usually make it as an evening snack. As it takes very little time to make, you can make it in a jiffy.  So try it out and let me know how it came out for you. Happy cooking..





Ingredients:


Potato
One big
Dried fenugreek
1 tbsp
Black pepper powder
½ tsp
Red chilli powder
1 tsp (or to taste)
Salt
To taste
Olive oil/ vegetable oil
1 ½ tbsp
White sesame seeds
1 tbsp


Method:

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree.
  • First of all, wash the potato and peel off its skin then dividing it into two equal parts, slice it lengthwise thinly.
  • In a bowl, mix oil, fenugreek, black pepper powder, chilli powder, salt  and sesame seeds.  Mix well.
  • In the oil mix, add potato slices and mix well.
  • Grease a baking tray and arrange the potato slice in it.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or till the potato slices become little brown.
  • Remove from oven and serve hot with a cuppa tea.
